📦 Shipping Policy/ Lost Order

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Delays:
Please note that shipping times may be delayed during holidays, high-volume seasons, or unforeseen carrier issues. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

 

📦 Lost Package Policy (USPS Orders)

We understand how frustrating it can be when your order doesn’t arrive as expected. If your package appears lost or missing during USPS delivery, please follow the steps below to help resolve the issue quickly.


🕵️ Step 1: Check Your Tracking Information

  • Visit the USPS Tracking Page and enter your tracking number.

  • Sometimes, packages show “Delivered” up to 24–48 hours before actual arrival.

  • Check all areas around your home (porch, mailbox, back door, neighbors, leasing office, etc.).


📮 Step 2: Contact Your Local Post Office

  • Call or visit your local post office (not the main USPS hotline).

  • Provide your tracking number and delivery address.

  • Ask them to perform a GPS scan check or delivery inquiry — they can often locate misdelivered packages within 1–2 business days.


📋 Step 3: Submit a USPS Help Request Form

If your package is still missing after checking with your local post office:

  1. Go to the USPS Help Request Form.

  2. Enter your tracking number and details.

  3. USPS will email updates and attempt to locate your package.


📨 Step 4: File a Missing Mail Search

If the package has not been found after 7 days, file an official Missing Mail Search:

  1. Visit the Missing Mail Search page.

  2. Fill in your tracking number, contact info, and package description.

  3. USPS will investigate and notify you by email.


💌 Step 5: Contact Us

Once you’ve completed the steps above, please email us at [your support email here] with:

  • Your order number

  • Your tracking number

  • Proof that you’ve submitted the Help Request or Missing Mail claim

If USPS cannot locate your package after 7 business days, we’ll review your claim and determine the best next step — replacement or store credit.

  • Wax Melts by Mandy is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by USPS.

  • We’ll always do our best to help you locate your package, but once it’s in USPS possession, we have limited control.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
